our story

We are a vibrant and dynamic catering company based out of Essex. We, In any Event Catering, are a national catering company that specialises in corporate events and modern event catering management. Hot boxing for the film and TV industry along with a whole host of private catering services.

We are also widely regarded as BBQ specialists with a large library of menus, but we are always happy to create that perfect bespoke menu to satisfy the clients and their guests’ needs, we are able to cater for all dietary requirements and religious food requirements.  We are also able to cater for allergens.  

Attending large outdoor events and concerts is also something that we enjoy as a company. You will often find us backstage providing the crew and artists with healthy nutritious meals to keep them sustained and full for a working day no matter what the budget.

The People

Neil Bellham

Senior partner and Director for operations. Neil is a fully qualified chef with over 25 years’ experience working in some of the most desirable places in the world. Neil has worked as a consultant chef for a series of 5-star luxury Safari lodges and concessions all over East and South Africa, Neil has been an executive chef for 5-star beach resorts in the Caribbean and has just finished working with a Marine Catering Company where he was responsible for the food and chefs on over a thousand vessels world-wide. Having been born and raised in both East and North London and having a father who was a market trader himself, Neil is no stranger to either food or our capitals street markets.

Germaine James

Germaine is the company’s director of client services and also serves as Neil’s front of house manager. Germaine has had an extensive career working in sales and senior management. Germaine has a passion for food and food service and holds herself and her team to the highest of standards. Germaine works very close to all our clients and turns their dreams into reality. Germaine is often the first on site to great the clients and their guests, she is always there with a welcome smile and with “nothing is too much” attitude. Germaine heads up the front of house team to ensure everything is run like a well-oiled machine.

The Food

Corporate – We can cater for a working lunch for 10 or a company party of a thousand plus. Our staff have a wealth of experience in the corporate dining sector, we can cater for a leaving party through to directors dining all bought to you with a touch of class. A host of menus, with varying prices for you to choose, and to suit your company’s budget.

BBQ – We have a selection of pre-designed menus to suit your specific needs and budget, it can be from our classic menus of Burgers and Hot dogs or something with a little more complexity, however we are always more than happy to create a bespoke menu to fit into your theme or party. All our BBQ’s are handmade with fresh ingredients, and all with that special twist that makes our food so unique.
You are welcome to mix and match from our BBQ menus, no menu is fixed in stone.

Party Time – We can devise special menus for all types of parties, from Birthday, Christenings, Engagement that require some finger/fork buffet through to Weddings and Dinner Parties with a full service that suits special couples.

Hot Boxing – Since the outbreak of COVID we have been providing a very successful hot boxing service. Whether in large servery containers or pre portioned into individual containers we are able to save you time, space and money. From craft tables to breakfast boxes, from full lunches through to salad boxes and desserts. From cutlery packs to sauce sachets and everything in between. We can arrange for servers to stay on site and maintain the catering areas through to a simple drop off.
We are currently serving over 300 hot box deliveries per year. We are able to cover Essex, Kent, London, Suffolk and Hertfordshire. We have access to satellite kitchens meaning we can also cover Norfolk, Yorkshire, Sussex, Hampshire to name just a few.

Buffets – We provide a wide range of buffets to suit your needs and budget, from simple finger foods to more complex hot or bowl food buffets. No buffet is too large or too small, although some might incur a delivery charge.

Canapés – We have a variety of fillings to suit your taste buds and budget, Loch Fyne Smoked Salmon and cream cheese blinis with a caviar top and dill finish; Baby chicken Caesar salads served in a crispy parmesan basket; Yakatori tiger prawns with a wasabi mayo served on a crostini bed with a fresh coriander finish; Roquefort and Peach Bruschetta; Parma Parcels (Marinated mozzarella bites with sun blushed tomatoes, rocket and Balsamic syrup wrapped in a bedding of Parma ham); Beetroot Blinis with Garlic Mushrooms; Roasted Beets, with welsh goats cheese crostini’s and a grated citrus zest finish; Crispy Salted and herbed pork crackling straws with a spiced apple sauce dip; Watermelon, serrano ham and minted feta skewers; Loch Fyne Smoked Salmon and cucumber cream cheese served on a thick rye toast and a lot more mouthwatering canapés.

We are proud to say we will always step in when others have let you and your party down, but the longer the notice we recieve the better service we can provide. Additionally, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25% at the time of booking and full payment on the day of the event, prior to the start of the event.

Our menus should serve as a guideline, we would be more than happy to discuss in detail all of your requirements and create a menu just for you!

Typically, no. However, if you are further than 25 miles from us, we will have to discuss this when booking your event.

Yes, we can bring samples to you or you are welcome in our production kitchen to taste eveything. This will afford you the oppourtunity of meeting the rest of the team at In Any Event Catering.
